MR PRICE ACCOUNTS

I cannot believe how Mr. Price Accounts treats people.

I have been forced to block their contact number due to constant calls throughout my day. i receive at least 7 a day.

I made an EFT payment for my account and i STILL get calls from them that my account had not been paid and it is literally ****ING ME OFF that i NEVER want to use their services again.

I have emailed you MULTIPLE TIMES to make an arrangement for my bill to be paid, and once the payment is made i still get harassed every single day for not making a payment (i sent a mail with my Proof of payment just FYI)

I have explained to more than 3 people that my car takes priority over them and I had to first take car of my cars service bills.

Client care never bothers to communicate and check my emails obviously as I am still receiving emails about my account not being paid.

All i know is that the next person to phone me, is going to get a mouthful from me. so rather be safe and email me instead :)

P.s Mr Price management - Please consider hiring people with intelligence and good listening s****s :) because officiously that is what your company lacks
