Mr price accounts

<p>So I have an account with Mr Price and they have been charging me incorrectly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean everytime after paying my account, insetad of it deducting from the initial amount, it keeps adding. I remember i was due to pay an amount of R250 on the 3rd but i was working on that day and ended up paying on Sunday. Instead of having an amount of R598.48 they keep sending me an sms telling me that i need to pay a balance of R616. since i failed to pay my account. Now what i want to find out is how long does it take for the payment to refect on their systems if they keep sending me stupid sms's telling me that im still owing R616.
