Mr Price Account - Sim Card ****

I received a phone call in December 2018 from a Mr Price consultant telling me to take this free SIM card from them, everything would be for free. Even the delivery. Being nice I comp**** and said that it was fine to send it, since I would not be paying anything for it, not even the delivery. To my surprise they charged me for that SIM card as well as R100 airtime. I only saw this in my February statement and immediately emailed them telling them to refund my money. I didn’t get a response from the email so I called them. They told me it would take TWO days to get back to me after they have audited that initial phone call. Here I am having received my March statement and nothing was done about it. I have still not even received ANY feedback at all. I feel like I have been literally ****** from. What a bad experience I want to close this account as soon as I can but I refuse to pay for something that was forced on me and to my knowledge was COMPLETELY free.
