Mr Price account re-opened without my knowing or consent

I had a Mr Price account many years ago which I closed. About 3 - 4 years ago my old account was re- activated / re-opened without my consent. I contacted Mr Price but they were unable to assist. Who can provide me with Mr Price's ***** department's contact details? I never asked for the account to be re-opened. I want to know who re-opened my account and on whose authority.
