Mr Price - Account problem

So there was a mix up at Consumer friend and their system was reloaded. The put me on a Debt review list, which I was not supposed to be on and they fixed their problem. In the mean time Mr Price blocked my Account, after the mix up with consumer friend was sorted, Mr Price still has not unblocked my account. I took my ID to the store and the phoned the head office, I was told to bring my payslip or 3 month bank statements...like I was opening a new account??? ***?
