Mr. Price account not resolved after payment

Hello Peter, on 28 November 2024 I made a payment of R1080 on my account, till today I have been told my payment does not reflect. I am now in arrears do to this payment. I have sent proof of payment and thus far no assistance. I have also went to nearby store still no luck.
