Mr Price Account - Mobile

Mr Price is a non helpful industry, that do not get back to you with any solutions or even bother to contact you back with the feedback you require, very dissatisfied with the service that i have been receiving at Mr Price, for being a loyal client for over 14 years.

Being charged 100 for 3 years for something i don't own - the monies need to be credited back into my account, as Mr Price don't feel the need to pay their clients back the money that they took.

Being told to just restart my PC and the my online login will work, when i don't even receive a reset password link

This service is totally unacceptable.
