Mr Price Account ***** - Your Information is NOT SAFE

So I opened an account, had it active for one month bought twice and then after another month when I wanted to purchase again my account had been maxed out someone had purchased clothing in Rustenburg (I live in PE) amounting to over R4000 - I phoned Mr Price they required certain documents and affidavits which I sent to them - it has been some time and no one has come back to me regarding the investigation - yet I get an sms to say I must pay my account. The problem is - you need a card to purchase which means MR PRICE printed an additional card - either they have a leak in their accounts department OR there are people working in stores cloning cards because I have only used my card at MR PRICE outlets ironically the last time I used it it was a payment and when I ask them (from head office) if I could just do an eft they told me those services were down and that I would need to go to a store to do it. I did and then next thing you know someone is purchasing ALL my credits worth in another province. Very disappointed in the protection of my information with this company and their inability to get back to me regarding this serious offence.
