Mr Price Account During lockdown

I have a mr price clothing store account.During lockdown I was unable to make payments....and my guess is that not many people could, coz it was level 5 hard lockdown at the time.

My household income was drastically affected.

Mr price group never considered us as valuable clients during this difficult time that the entire country faced. As soon as they were up and running, I received numerous phone calls .It almost seemed that they were demanding payment on my account on my statements.(So negative....i have proof of it).They also cancelled my payment protection insurance and listed me as having arrears with the credit bureau.

Im the person who never defaulted on any of my accounts pre lockdown.

To date....im back at work....but still trying to stay afloat.I managed to sell all my unwanted stuff and free my Mr price account which was R2000.

Mr price....all I can say is....im really disappointed in the manner in which you (a retail store) handled the situation during the most difficult times of our lives.

Im sure so many people have experienced this during this time.Yourl even threatened to hand me over to a collections agency.

Please respond...I would really love to hear what you have to say......Damn You MR PRICE Group.....I will never support yourl again.
