Mr price account

Mr price experience !!!

I have paid my account up to date and have nothing outstanding on it , today I went into the Mr price store in access park and was told I have a r1000 credit by the sale advisor , but I can only spend r400 because they offline . I also explained that when I took the account my credit was r3000 plus and now I have been making payments every month and was always able to buy with whatever credit I had on the account . today after standing in the lockdown extremely long line of people when I decided to use the credit later at Mr price canal walk mall instead because they had bigger sizes for me and my child was told the credit was taken away and only have 44c credit the r1800 credit i had available was cut off from me using it even after making a payment of r550 which was my recent instalment and the account shows nothing outstanding also see on the app. A stop was placed on the card and me using the card to buy with the r1800 credit I have

I am so upset as I wasted my petrol and time and placed my self at risks while lockdown and the health concerns about covid19 going there only for the poor service and experience and now still can't use my account .
