MR price account closure

Been trying to close my Mr. Price clothing account since August 2021. its been 5 months now and I am still receiving MRP statements. I went to different Mr price shops and all of them tell me that they are faxing my closure of account document to their accounts department and I am told to come back after 15 days of each month to check if it went through. This has been a daunting experience and I am disappointed with their service. I would never advise anyone to open a Mr price account. If there is anyone who has successfully closed their MRP acc, kindly assist.
