Mr Price Account Cancellation

I am absolutely furious with Mr Price. I tried to cancel my account on 29 May 2020. On the 30th of May a consultant reverted mentioning that I owe R84 for the Credit Policy. I made payment and requested for the account to be closed with immediate effect. The account has since still not been closed and now I am receiving more smses that I owe more money. Can a competent person please assist!!
