Mr Price account

I’m currently a student and I opened my Mr Price account about 2 years ago the spending expenditure was R1500 I have been paying it and i havent took anything in a while been paying R200 or R150 monthly but they keep saying I owe R985 yet I have been paying they my keep increasing yet I haven’t took anything. They even go as far to call my family members about the account
