Mr price account

Hello I am Kealeboga Kamanga I understand I am a student but Mr price is unfair when it comes to openings accounts because even my parents signed a form of saying they’ll be responsible of ever I am not able to pay my account

And as a student already I have an amazing credit record and at my age truworths gave me a credit of almost R7000 and I only owe R238 and I closed all my other accounts so that I can open at Mr price what’s wrong with Mr price Because all along I was creating a credit record to be good so that I can be able to open a Mr price account
