Mr Price account

My account is in errors for the first time this month since I’ve had this account. So is this what you do harassing customers for having their account in errors? Are the multiple sms you send and emails not enough that you have to call my job and let my manager know that I have an account that’s in errors??!!! Now everyone at my job must know my businesss?!!??? What kind of nonsense is this
