MR PRICE ACCOUNT

I have been paying my account on time and using MR P app to pay for my accounts however last year one of the agents called to tell me that im behind payment and have been reversing the money and i told the agent there is no way i can pay my account and reverse it and why did MR P not send me an sms or email to advise on the error but instead they have increased my installment to pay and i told them its not my fault that im behind payment because of your system and everyday they calling me to ask when will i pay the installment they have set for me and i told them i will continue to pay the installment that i was paying and i even send them an email however till to date no response, what **** me of is now they have put my account on default at the credit bureau and its affecting my score and they have send me an sms saying i can no longer buy from their store. I remember one of their agent last telling me i should not use the app because sometimes it is faulty rather go straight to the store and i have experienced that but they do not want to acknowledge that sometimes their app gets faulty and rejects payment. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND UNHAPPY
