Mr Price

I went into Mr Price at Westwood Mall, Durban looking for some tracksuit pants, Was helped by a lady, we went and looked, couldnt find anything and walked out of the shop and instead of walking out of the door, i walked into a window (which is the same size as the door) instead bumping my head and damaging my glasses which I have just had done a month ago. I phoned Mr Price Head Office and they asked the Regional Manager of Durban to phone me, which she did. She heard what i had to say and phoned me back about two hours later to say that they are not liable to replace my glasses. There was no stickers on the window, nothing standing in the way of me walking into the window, so its completely their fault. I asked for a first aid plaster as my head was bleeding and the staff said that they havent got any, so i asked for ice for the bump on my head and they said they havent got a fridge. After speaking to the lady, she said that the actual lady who came to my aid, was in fact the first aider!! They did say that they have forwarded this to their insurance a week ago and havent heard another word from them
