Mr Price "****a shops in Kimberley"

Is Mr Price Sport Kimberley a privately run ****a shop?

Good day! I am a pensioner living in Kimberley. I needed running shoes and on Google typed mens running shoe specials Mr Price.

Saw two pairs available and immediately affordable and one that I need to wait for next pension to acquire.

Went to Mr Price, and was told to go to Mr Price Sport as it is a "different organisation" according to staff.

Took a taxi to North Cape Mall to get shoes advertised. This branch said that these shoes were "NEVER A STOCK ITEM, AND THE SYSTEM BOTH ONLINE AND ALL STORES SHOWS NO STOCK. THIS IS ABOUT THE EIGHTH TIME THIS HAPPENS AND WHEN ASKING FOR THE MANAGER, I GOT TOLD , " THE MANAGER DOESN'T WORK WEEKENDS..."

THE PROBLEMS ARE NEVER ESCALATED TO "MANAGERS" AND NOBODY FOLLOWS UP.

REQUESTED THIRD OPTION AND THERE WAS A PRICE DISCREPANCY AS ADVERTISED GOODS ON WEB WERE R249.99 and Kimberley Mr Price has identical shoe, marked at R329.99

It cost me R50 to get to Mr Price for "falsely advertised specials and I am NOW GATVOL!!!"

THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS AND MUST DEFINITELY BE *******!!!! THOSE R50 rands I waste because of their dishonest business practices can be utilised to go to a reputable store instead.

Online us not an option as I have to fit shoe before buying, but online deal a lie anyway according to staff, AS PRODUCT A FANTASY...

This is deceptive advertising and if " so called Manager" DOES NOT GET BACK TO ME ON MONDAY, I AM GOING TO REPORT TO ADVERTISING STANDARDS BOARD!!!

Mr Price seems to have no morals standards or customer service ethics. This is going on for years and it's time they get a wake up call....
