Mr price a ****

So I made a purchase online, an incorrect item was delivered. After numerous attempts to return the item, they finally collected it only after my review on Hello Peter. Fast forward 20 days later I'm still waiting for my refund. When I contact them, they tell me my refund was processed and I must contact my bank. I did exactly that, but my bank is unable to trace the funds. So basically Mr price is taking me for a fool.

Mr price refund my money. If you were competent enough to deliver what I had ordered, we wouldn't be here. Refund my money. That's my hard earned cash and I won't allow you to **** me.
