Mr Price a bunch of ******

I want nothing to do with mr price, i bought my son a phone in December and now in February it just died and switched off...i took it in as it still has warranty and they brought it back saying it has a cracked screen of which was not true and the consultant can vouch for me ,i re booked it again only for them to return it and say it has dents...what does a dent have to do with a phone that is not working....Mr price y'all are a bunch of ****** coz the phone was not even inspected properly They sold me a phone that does not work and now blame it on me ....the service given to me is appalling
