Mr price

I went to exchange a few items at Mr Price Maponya Mall. Store only opened at 09:10 And the Employees were also running late. The security lady is standing by the door taking pictures not explaining what the delay is about. Mind you the line is getting longer and longer. Ok I finally go inside this is exactly at 09:10. I was exchanging items. I get to the till point to be assisted by Ishmael .. He first belittled me, Spoke to me like I’m a kid ok I kept quiet , secondly he asked to complete my information and then he asked to press the ok button, I can’t see the ok button because I’m short sighted and I wasn’t wearing my spectacles and he started having a go at me for not being able to see the last thing he did really mad me angry. He asked if I wanted plastic and I said yes but he said I must look for coins in my purse and I kept telling him I don’t have coins he took it far to ask me what kind of Lady am I not to have coins in my bag and he can’t make change from the R20.00 he had to give me as change .. he didn’t give me all the slips and I had to return. He’s the worst and this number ***
