I consolidated my account 2 if not 3 months back, after a week I called the accounts department and told me that the records shows that I've paid off my account. Total I receive a call the lady tells me that I owe R543 HOW because I paid of my account? She tells me about insurance, I mean what insurance am I paying because I paid off the account? I haven't used it ever since so y should I be charged for this insurance? No this is crazy honestly.
