Mr Price
I went to Mr Price in Airport Mall on the 1st of July to pay my friends account, as she's currently in isolation.
You would think because it's month end there would be more than 1 cashier but I'm afraid that was not the case. While one cashier was helping, 3 other girls were standing in the corner chatting about how they can't work with these masks...well standing in a line with a mask for a long period of time is not that pleasant either.
What worried me was the fact that 2 elderly people(most probably forgot their iD's to skip the line) were standing behind me, moaning and groaning, but still the service did not improve.
I took out my phone to show them that I was recording what's happening in the store and only then, the one lady stopped the conversation and went to get another cashier.
What I don't understand is, do customer's really need to go to these lengths to get better customer service?
I mean, people are dying out here, especially the elderly people. We are all forced to go out and work under these circumstances to provide for our families and keep the economy going. Shouldn't customer service be way better than it was before, because we care about our people and want to deliver the best service we can?
