Mr Price

I intent to file a complaint with the ombudsman. I have been experiencing problems to cancel the insurance on my Mr Price account.

I canceled the insurance in November 2021, and received a sms message that the policies will be cancelled.

I have since then received a phone call from Mr Price and they informed me that my insurance is still reflecting on my account.

Up to date I have received no further response from Mr Price that the insurance was cancelled.

They keep on adding the premiums on my account after the insurance was cancelled November 2021.
