Mr Price

I am really struggling with Mr Price. I ordered online, the money went of from my bank account but the order was never submitted, i contacted customer services and its been almost 2 weeks and still no refund to my bank account has been made, each day is same story they will let me know about the progress on the situation. Basically this company is stelling my money!
