Mr price

So I ordered makeup for the first time with them on the 26th and provided a second address in case I wasn't home, so they apparently delivered on the 31st but no one was home they didn't even bother to call. So I called them looking for my package and when it finally arrived, the packaging was placed altogether in bubble wrap my bronze was broken and laying all over and my setting spray cap was broken as well. So I called them again and no one apologized, customer service was so rude, I usually leave things as is but I was just so disappointed in this service
