Mr Price

I recently bought clothes online, when I got them the sizes were too big. I went to the store where i collected my purchases & they refused to refund me. They wanted to give me a voucher instead. I refused to accept a voucher because i bought with cash. I left the store and contacted customer service and was told to go to Veronica she can help me. I went back for the second time and Veronica refused to help me. Bear in mind I'm using my time and petrol to go there. I'm very disappointed, more so for the attitude I got from the staff. Mr Price is not my first store to buy online, I buy online all the time & never had a problem when i returned something I'm not happy with. I must say I'm very disappointed. And this makes me not want to buy from them again. And even on my receipt there's nothing about getting a voucher for my returns.
