Mr Price

Good Day, my husband was retrenched in January 2018, so i put my claim in at Mr Price because i had a 360 degree partner plan something like that. I sent all my documents through as they asked and waited and waited for the money , i phoned them 3 weeks ago and the lady i spoke to told me they would make a payment of R10 000 in my account the Friday thats is where we ended our conversation. Friday i phoned and the guy i spoke to told me if the money does not show in my account by Wednesday i must phone them, so i left it. The Wednesday i phoned and they told me oh no sorry they did approve my claim but not the one for R10 000 they only approved my claim to settle the rest of the money i owe them on my Mr Price clothing account. I personally feel this is very unprofessional, i have spoken and argued so many times with Mr Price, something needs to be done about this.
