I have more than 1 query actually First i encountered a problem when i paid my account online and only to find out that i was in errors the next month due to misallocation of money on their system- it was resolved yes but u gotta keep in mind that my record is being ruined with credit burea and i let it slide so just last week i paid my account online once again and baaam!! my money is missing again and they are supposedly refunding me and its 8 days past already. Moving on.... I bought a few items online and 5 scatter cushions were some of the items - i paid for the store to store express which "takes 1-3 days" and trust me i had to fight over the phone to get my order and when the order finally came wow there are only 3 scatter cushions instead of 5.. What should happen now Mr Price? I have sent and email to ********** querying this and im told i'll get a voucher, i did not pay with a voucher and i want cash or return the money to my card. MR PRICE IS THE WORST AND PATHETIC
