Mr Price 100+1GB TOP UP.

I opened an account at Mr price Southgate last year and i only realized now that on my instalment theres at added amount of R119 with reference SIMPLY MORE +100 1GB TOPUP. I called mr price call centre to ask about it and they said i was given the simcard when i open an account which i never received and i was not told anything about the simcard when i open the account. This is the second time this is happening because i once had a mr price account 4 years back and this top up thing was included in my monthly instalment with no agreement and i went to the store to enquire they told me that i was called and i agreed that i want this top up thing via the phone,,,,how can i agree to receive data while i don't even know how it works or even have that sim card, i then asked for a call recording and they said they will send it to my email and til today i never received it. I closed the account that 4 years back and last year i gave then a benefit of a doubt and opened the account with them again. The same thing that happened 4 years back is still happening now....they just include things in our accounts without our concern. Am definitely gonna close this account for good.
