Mr Price -

<p>I got a call from Mr Price sales person last and he told me that Mr Price offers sim card as a reqard sim for customers to thank them for being loyal and that the sim card is worth R250 airtime and i do not need to pay for the airtime. Today i recieve a statement which show an addition of 350 on my account cause of the simcard. I call the call center for assistance by Nhlanhla Gumede at the call center i am now told that i have to pay that money because the airtime is loaded. i asked to call the sim but i can not even have proof to show that my sim is cancelled. The same call is the call that my mom also recieved that she has been awarded with a free simcard from MrPrice. This is wrong you can not trick people into having contracts with you; if i did not check on my statement i would have been payin g for the simcard i have not request thinking its just a reward for my loyalty to Mr Price. i am so angry its really a bad way to treat your customers i am closing my account and mom s account with Mr Price. Any1 who has recieved a call from Mr Price check statements they tricking you into contracts you not aware of.</p>
