MR Price ???

I bought items on the MRP app twice and paid using instant EFT. After I paid it just kept loading and I never got an order number or email. I sent them a query and they asked for proof, sent my bank statement as proof and they say their finance dpt can’t locate the funds. What nonsense is that!!!!!
