Mr price

I went to buy a micro USB cable on the 30th October 2024 and I specifically said I want a c type ..the guy who is responsible for that department helped me ...I paid and left. I arrived home but the charger was not the 1 I was looking for. I then went to Mr price that is in van den valt there I was told they do not take returns from other stores I must go and return it in the shop I bought from. I went back to Mr price station square and explained that the charger I got was not the one I want and the same person who helped me on th day said he does not do refunds for cables. I told him I was going to report and he said I must go ahead.
