Mr. Pathetic

I have been trying to get a response on a mail that was sent to 9 people. Their client services is pathetic, I held on at one point for over 35 minutes just trying to get through to a consultant because in store assistance is pathetic. I don't see the benefit of an account with such a useless retailer anyway. I wish someone would take the time to call people back, or at the very least respond to mails.
