Mr Pathetic

Dear MRP,(MRP should stand for MR. Pathetic!) Now I am really convinced that everybody at MRP are either a bunch of *****'s or a bunch of IDIOTS!

I'm going to open a case of ***** against MRP .

First problem: They process an online order , then take your money of you account, then deny that the order exists! ********** 10339. On Tuesday I called for the third time regarding my daughters' online order she placed last week. and also Your agent promised to get back to me before 17h00 yesterday. Yeah right, Like ALL the *********** people working there, she never stuck to the promise. I sent the proof of payment yesterday again and nothing.I can not believe that such "BIG" company employs so many *********** people.

Second problem 2) yesterday I called for the fourth time to sole this issue, then when it took me threatening with ***** case, eventually someone woke up from their year long sleep, and eventually someone phoned me back and "processed" the order. Yeah right! later that day my daughter got the shipping info. Today she got the package.... Who is the MORNON that packed the parcel? They only sent half the order! My daughter ordered a bikini AND a bikini top - Did you NOT read the order confirmation details I had sent? Also did you not add up the money deducted from my daughters account and thought, "hey there i too much money for only the bikini bottom?"" Who is that dumb!

AGAIN: I can send the proof of payment again and the order confirmation from their own website. If this is not solved by today, I will today open a case of ***** against MR Pethetic (oh Price...)!
