Mr online clothing and dawn wing

I made an online order with Mr price online shopping and made a payment on the 30th September 2017 however they promised to deliver my parcel on the 04th October 2017 but they didn't deliver my order till today. I tried calling Mr price they said I gave them the wrong address, which is wrong to they are the one's who gave dawn wing the wrong address.so I gave the lady my address....I also contacted dawn wing the carrier service I spoke to thulani,vera thulani and sandy since they sent me an sms on the 04th saying that my parcel will be dilvered to me same day on the4th but they didn't assist me neither
