MR Call center need help

Hi Mr Price, After 2 hour of holding the line at your Call center, and get my line drop 4 times and transfer to Post and Pillar,

Please I need the contact detail for your Property department, i am sure that cannot be so hard, to train your Call center staff to get people to right place, They keep on butting me back to the same call center.
