MR account not cancelled
My Wife cancelled her account a couple of months ago after making full payment. The clerk at the store said that it will take 24 hours to close and that was taken at word. Now my wife is getting notifications that her account is in arears and after calling the o so help me service center they simply dropped the call in her ear Agent Nadia. . Poor service tbh. She cancelled her account due to her not having work and now they want more money. I like Mr Price but if this is the way that they want to do business then im rather gonna go to other shops
To whom ever is reading this they can call me so that we can sort this out

02 Apr 2024, 11:10Now when i call the service center i am placed on hold for more than a couple of minutes wasting my time and money on airtime. Are the guys sitting and having a good time in the office instead of answering the phone.
