Mr account

Iam so disgusted with Mr Price I open an account with them around Jan/Feb 2020 March we went to lock down, when I returned to work somebody called asking about the payment the lady even mentioned that she understood that maybe it because of the lockdown that affected it so when am I making a paying I said tomorrow ok cool I made my payment they called again thank you for payment when are u making another I said monthend ok cool, next Month same story thank you for the payment when are u paying this month monthend I even ask y do u guys are calling just to say thanks for the payment and when I'm making my next payment can't u guys wait and see if I pay or not and if I don't pay you can then call me and ask instead of this every month call while I haven't even reach the payment date the lady couldn't answer ok cool last mnth I paid my balance didn't go down I called and the lady told me the account it already on ACS she will transfer me to them the lady I got at ACS she very rude and told me the reason the account is not going down it because when I started making the payments my account was already handed to them. Why they ddnt send me an email or tell me as they always call to say thank you for payment so question is for how long will I keep paying this account because when I pay 800 it only goes down with 400? This thank you calls they do 2 to 3 times a month it cost R25 each call I asked the lady not to call me ever until I miss the payment because I find it ridiculous for them to charge me while it them calling to say thank you and on what date I'm doing my next payment while it not even mnthend she said if procedures let's start here no body send me a letter or wrote email or left a text that my account was handed over to ACS why was it handed right after I've started making payment it ridiculous i will try to just pay it all off at once and close the ****** account because to me what they doing it just ******** people all my accounts I couldn't pay it during lockdown because I wasn't getting any income and not even one of them gave me this ridiculous charges or problems Im so done with Mr Price they just don't know how to treat customers.
