Most Horrible customer care in the world

I made a purchase online on the 31st of May and 4 days went by and the status was still saying "processing", so I decided to cancel my order on the 3rd of June. The order was canceled and they tried to refund me with a gift voucher card which is not the way I paid for the order. I used EFT to pay and as far as I know I'm supposed to be refunded the same way. I contacted their customer care and they said my refund will be processed, It's been 16 days now waiting for my refund..
