MOST frustrating service from MRP Money credit services

This review relates to MRP Money credit services after an extremely frustrating and disappointing interaction. In short, I have made my monthly payment in a store, but your system later did not recognise my payment. After sending proof of payment, I have been given the run around as every response from a consultant was different. After the first consulted confirmed that all was resolved, the next one asked for more documents and then the next escalated the matter. FYI, it is still not resolved on your side while I am being threatened with my credit score which I take VERY seriously and have NEVER defaulted on a payment. I have been a happy client for more than 10 years and am now considering closing my account altogether.

Many thanks to Tersia, the manager at the store [Mr Price Sport Walmer Park Port Elizabeth] who went above and beyond to try and help me (you even made it difficult for her) and finally had to arrange for a refund of my payment as you simply cannot trace it.
