monthly installment and debit fiasco

I opened an account with Mr Price and on my application I selected debit and provided them with the debit date reason being I prefer that money gets deducted that me going to them to pay.<br> I used my account in hope that they will debit and they didn't and according to statement my monthly fee is supposed to be around R600+ and now because they failed to deduct the money now it seems my account is in arrears for their mistake which now they making it mine. <br> <br> They call me every month end telling me that I owe R1400 , even though I still make payments of R850 they still keep calling, its not like I'm not paying at all after all this was your mistake.<br> <br> Now you keep harassing me with your calls and threatening me about credit bureau and tracing. <br> <br> I have no idea why I closed my TFG and Identity account for Mr Price what a waste, you can learn a lot from these groupsstores they do not harass people and their clients are well respected n happy I opened Mr P cause I wanted an account for my child and nieces. clearly I made a big mistake. <br> <br> You have lost a customer and I will spread the word , I don't have to put in much effort most my friends had the same problem.
