Monies owing/Dirty stock/Stock not received

To start off - I purchased and paid for two pairs of veld shoes and one Ladies lace insert bodysuit.<br> <br> I received an email from Courtney Hutchinson explaining that one of the pairs of Veld shoes were not in stock and they would send me a voucher. I did not want the voucher and awaited her response to my request for cash. She did not respond before I was notified that my order had arrived. <br> <br> When I opened my package, the lace insert bodysuit was missing(never mentioned by Courtney that the bodysuit was out of stock too, yet STILL shows in stock today) and two pairs of veld shoes were inside. The pair that Courtney emailed me about were DIRTY AND WORN shoes. Dirty worn soles and dirt marks on and around shoes. I then emailed Courtney WITH PICTURES of the shoes 10 minutes after the system stamped my pick-up from store time. She apologized and once again made no mention as to why the bodysuit was missing. It is now almost a month later - I have no idea when my promised money will be given back to me. At this point the shoes I sent to the dirt bin (Mr P Greenacres did not want worn shoes back) as this is where it belongs. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP - R218.00
