Money went off my account twice

Good day

On the 31st of December i went to Mr Price canal walk, I bought an outfit for R289.00. The teller was using one of those new card machines, she swiped my card and said it hadnt gone off. so i said ok lets just wait a bit to see if it goes off my account, which i did, so she said that she has to do it again and when she does it again it will bounce back which i was okay with because it has happened before. So she said if it hasnt come back into my account after 24 hours i must come back which i did, and they said i would have to get bank statements and i will have to phone the bank and so on and so forth, it has been almost 2 weeks and still no luck, i have proof that it went off my account twice but yet Mrp still has excuses that we must do this and we must do that.

i will be staying away from MRP from now on as they take your money, they never get back to you thinking that you will just forget about it.
