Money transfer Mr Price, stole my money from 15 October

Ive never been this frustrated in my life, I sent money on the 15 October 2025 at Mr price, the person I sent to blocked pin, I called service desk they said they will resend numbers amd pin after 48 hrs, I have called more than 4 times since 15th and they insist they sent numbers of which am not receiving on my side, it's really annoying,it's my money, why are you doing this???????....can you'll email me details of person in charge to assist @*** I've talking Nokuthula and other ladies it's enough.
