Money taken out of account by MRP group

<p>On the 14th of July 2017 i placed an order on mrp online for R479.99. The money was taken out of my account, however, no order was placed as there was a fault according to mrp. I then contacted them on the 15th where they said it will take 5 to 7 working days to reflect, it is now 12 working days and the money isnt reflecting. I called back and spoke to a nice assistant however she has no idea why is isnt reflecting and that i should now wait 30 working days. This is unacceptable and i will never support mrp online again. It took a second to ***** money out of my account and now they are trying to get me off their backs by telling me to wait 30 days.</p>
