Money taken, no goods

<p>About 2 months ago I made an online order which I got a confirmation SMS for and the money was deducted from my account. Almost R300.</p> <p>I never got an order number, nor the items ordered.</p> <p>I contacted MrPrice help who told me they dont even find my account.</p> <p>When I logged into my online account two days ago it said there was an amount available. Which told me that the matter was corrected after the multiple emails.</p> <p>I went to the shop to buy a gift, and to my embarrassment the R300 does not reflect with them as credited.</p> <p>I never even received a response to my last email.</p> <p>Now instead of owing Mr Price a certain amount, the shop says I owe the R300 as well.</p> <p>I now intend on closing this account as soon as possible. Really.</p>
