money taken and they dont cancel

i called to cancel my sim with mr price last year. the agent lady informed me it was canceled on the phone. but i am still being charged R100 every month. it was never canceled and i never used this sim. so basicly mr price has over R1200 of minr for nothing.. still not cancelled
