Money taken and order cancelled

I ordered an online order money was paid to them and then on my profile it said order cancelled. I contacted Mr. price they said i need to mail them my proof of payment in which i did the same day, when i phoned again they said will be send to finance and they will allocate the money and then they will place my order. Still haven’t received any feedback from anyone. I've asked what happens when their is no more stock and then they say they will refund my money, i have to wait 7-14 days for that to be done. when i ask to speak to finance or can they find out they said no........when i said then I need to put this on hello peter to get any feedback this guy told me I'm more than welcome to do this. is this the kind of people that work for MRP to shame the company name so than rather try to resolve the matter. very unprofessional service.
