Money ****** / lost

I have paid R3200 on my Mr Price store account through the Mr Price online system more than a month ago. The money still doesn't show on my account a month later and they can't give me any feedback regarding the money paid. Still I need to pay the interest!!!!!

Surely by this time the money is lying somewhere????
